Orders & Shipping
Q: Where do you ship?
A: We currently ship to all addresses within the United Kingdom using our courier partner Evri.

Q: How much is shipping?
A: Standard UK delivery is £3.45 per order. Delivery is free on orders over £50.

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: Orders placed before 2:00 pm (Monday–Friday, excluding Bank Holidays) are normally processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Standard UK delivery typically takes 3–5 business days from dispatch.

Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also use our Track Your Order page to check your order status at any time.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@arcklondon.com or call 0203 576 5032. We process orders quickly, so changes may only be possible within a short window after ordering.

Q: What sizes do your socks come in?
A: All our socks are one size and designed to fit most adults comfortably.

Q: Are the product images accurate?
A: We make every effort to display our products accurately. However, colours or product appearance may vary slightly depending on your device or screen settings.

Returns & Refunds
Q: What is your returns policy?
A: We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Simply email support@arcklondon.com to request a prepaid return label.

Q: How long does a refund take?
A: Refunds are usually processed within 7 days of receiving your returned item.

Q: What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
A: Please contact us at support@arcklondon.com with details and, if possible, photos or a short video. We will replace the item at no cost to you.

Q: Do you have a warranty?
A: Yes. All Arck London products are protected by a one-year warranty from the date of purchase covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Please contact us at support@arcklondon.com to make a claim.
